It was an unpleasant surprise when I couldn’t find the prices on the site. As I noticed, you are expected to contact them using the contact form first. I didn’t need a free critique, I knew what I came for, so why did I had to contact them and wait for reply when I could simply make an order and don’t waste my time?

In less than 2 hours, I got an email with detailed explanation of the process and prices. By the way, the price was considerably above average. After I submitted all the necessary information, I was informed that I would get a resume if 4-5 business days.

Quality of writing and support

Support here is a phone number and a very inconvenient contact us form. Luckily my resume was good enough and I didn’t have to get in touch with them all the time. The writer did his job the way I wanted it to. However, I still have questions to the site owners.

Conclusion

I was just wondering was it that difficult to publish all the information on the site so the potential clients could easily find it? Instead of showing off the professionalism and awards, it would be better for them to inform the clients about such important things as price, turnaround time, and discounts. Also, communication via email and payment process could be easier. Though my resume was ok, next time I won’t use this site due to the above reasons, and probably will stay on Perfect Resume org – it’s convenient and informative.
